- Delivery Information: Physical address, state, city, and Pincode (used solely for fulfilling QR sticker orders).
- Profile Media: Profile pictures or images you upload.
B. Vehicle Information
To provide core functionality of the App:
- Registration Number
- Manufacturer and Model
- Vehicle Color
- Chassis Number (last 4 digits only)
C. Automatically Collected Information
- Device Data: Device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP addresses, scan dates, and scan times when a QR code is scanned.
- Crash & Performance Data: Application crash logs and performance metrics.
How We Use Your Information
- Core Services: Enabling the QR-based vehicle security system and emergency alerts.
- Order Fulfillment: Processing physical QR sticker orders and managing COD transactions.
- Account Management: Creating, securing, and maintaining your user profile.
- Communication: Sending OTPs, emergency notifications, and order updates.
- App Improvement: Analyzing usage trends, monitoring performance, and fixing issues.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in these situations:
- Public Display (User Controlled): If you enable "Show Mobile Number" in the App, your number will be visible to QR scanners. You have full control over this setting.
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors performing services on our behalf, such as delivery partners and cloud hosting.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or in response to valid public authority requests.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services: For app updates and core Android functionalities.
- Firebase (by Google): Authentication, Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Crashlytics, and Analytics.
- Google AdMob: Serves in-app advertisements. AdMob may use advertising IDs to serve personalized ads.
App Permissions
To function properly, the App requires the following device permissions:
Required exclusively for scanning QR codes. No video or photos are recorded without your action.
Required to send urgent alerts when someone scans your vehicle's QR code.
Required to sync your data securely with our servers.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures — including HTTPS encryption for all API communications — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We continuously work to improve our security practices.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data via the "Request Account Deletion" feature in Settings. Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete your personal and vehicle data from our active databases.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
